NUTRITION FOR HEALTHY LIVING

BITES&BITS Nutritional Cooking School offers continuing education courses on therapeutic nutrition and disease prevention at various locations in and around the Ottawa Valley, Ontario, Canada.

BITES&BITS specializes in vegetarian and semi-vegetarian international cuisine using ONLY organic ingredients. All recipes are nutritionally balanced, for proper levels of sodium and potassium, and contain NO added sugar or common food allergens (milk, wheat, gluten, corn, or peanuts).

Class format is designed for any level of cooking experience. They consists of hands-on meal preparations with related lectures and handouts. Our courses are transferable for Canadian Nutrition College credits.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Lori Nichols-Davies, Natural Health Consultant

Lori Nichols-Davies is a certified Natural Health Consultant and Kiniseologist. With over 30 years experience in the health food industry, she is highly regarded by health professionals across Canada.

Lori founded BITES&BITS Nutritional Cooking School in 1998 based on her love of cooking and her desire to share her knowledge with anyone seeking a healthier lifestyle.

Lori also writes a weekly column entitled, The Enlightened Chef, for two local newspapers having more than 110,000 readership (Weekenders & EMC Record News).
