NUTRITION FOR HEALTHY LIVINGBITES&BITS Nutritional Cooking School offers continuing education courses on therapeutic nutrition and disease prevention at various locations in and around the Ottawa Valley, Ontario, Canada. BITES&BITS specializes in vegetarian and semi-vegetarian international cuisine using ONLY organic ingredients. All recipes are nutritionally balanced, for proper levels of sodium and potassium, and contain NO added sugar or common food allergens (milk, wheat, gluten, corn, or peanuts). Class format is designed for any level
of cooking experience. They consists of hands-on meal preparations with related
lectures and handouts. Our courses are transferable for Canadian Nutrition College
